Please note that after purchase there are no cancellations or returns. Customers are advised to review their batch selection before submitting their application. In the following cases, orders might not be processed:

• • If the data submitted is incomplete.
• • If photo identity doesn't match with photo of the candidate/customers.
• • Moments reserves the right to cancel any admission at any time.
• • Payment:-you are required to make a one time payment to Moments for the selected contract duration (yearly / half yearly / quarterly / weekly)
• • Candidate screening:-once you become a registered customer, we will start the screening process for candidates based on your requirements
• • Replace and refund of tickets will not be done by Moments if the customer share the screenshot of the ticket in social media with the QR code or six digit code which is given in the tickets. Moments shall not be responsible for that purpose
• • For organisers :-They should not copy any marketing strategies / sales techniques from Moments. All the rights are reserved by Moments ™
